U.S. Politics, Abuse of Power, Corruption
Writing Sample: The Whistleblower: Chapter One: Under Siege
Who is the Whistleblower? It is not who you think it is.
The Whistleblower chronicles how Washington’s politicians have established a special justice system with special rights reserved for themselves. The story reveals a disturbing truth: the strategies and tactics that protected the Clinton White House from prosecution have reemerged and are being used today. These corrupting games played at the highest levels make a mockery out of the rule of law and chip away at the foundation of the justice system.
Investigative journalist Marinka Peschmann fires a badly needed warning shot that puts the corrupt on notice and provides encouragement to those who expect and deserve better of their public servants. Her work reads like a morality play—an allegory for our era offering a far greater message for America and a path to redemption for America’s political system through its often-surprising exposé of well-known and less-known characters of the Clinton era.
The Whistleblower begins before the indictments of the Clinton White House were abandoned as yesterday’s news and the legal resolve for convictions had been exhausted. In doing so, the door remained opened for corruption to occur in future administrations.
As such, The Whistleblower could be re-written by essentially swapping former President Donald Trump’s name with the Clintons, with their respective investigations and impeachment(s).
When abuses of power, perjury, rabid partisanship, witness intimidation, delayed, fleeting justice, sexual harassment, assault, abuse, dubious pardons, and other misconduct are only unacceptable when it is not your political-party-politician, but defensible when it is the politician and party you like, justice, decency, and the rule of law become warped. It metastasizes and spreads into society and institutions like a cancer jeopardizing democracy.
The Whistleblower: How the Clinton White House Stayed in Power is available in paperback and multiple ebook formats.
Writing sample: Following Orders’: Chapter 3: The Foster Investigations
Listen to some of Following Orders source material.
Journalists are not supposed to only cover one side’s negatives. Thus, Following Orders is a book the Clintons and the right-wing murder conspiracy peddlers do not want you to read — individuals who have peddled more false conspiracies including but not limited to Sandy Hook and other “false flag” and murder conspiracies.
On July 20, 1993, Vince Foster was found dead of an apparent self-inflicted gunshot wound in the head in Fort Marcy Park, McLean, Virginia. His untimely passing was the highest ranking government official’s death since President John Kennedy was assassinated on November 22, 1963.
Foster’s mysterious death sparked a firestorm of controversy that engulfed the nation. Was it murder or suicide? The charges leveled against Hillary and Bill Clinton were serious: Foster knew too much. They had killed him. Clinton staffers removed evidence from his office. Must be a cover-up. Investigators never found the fatal bullet. It’s a conspiracy. On and on it went. But who was right?
Inspired by Love & Death, The Murder of Kurt Cobain, by Max Wallace and Ian Halperin, Peschmann, using new information exclusively obtained from the last person who officially saw Foster alive in the White House, and supported by five official investigations comes to a terrible conclusion–both sides were wrong.
The Foster murder conspiracies are arguably one of the original Internet murder conspiracies that took on a life of its own. It has spawned what has become a steady flow of conspiracies that are echo-chambered online, in cult-like formation, as if the “real” news. While there were legitimate issues and abuses of power to be concerned with regarding the Clintons, murdering their friend(s) was not one of them.
Click here and here to get a sense of what life is like dealing with belligerent murder conspiracy peddlers I published prior to conspiracies consuming the Trump White House, and the real world, deadly, consequences could no longer be ignored.
Following Orders: The Death of Vince Foster, Clinton White House Lawyer is available in paperback and multiple ebook formats.

The Kid Stays in the Picture (First Edition) (Collaboration)
Read Premiere Magazine Book Excerpt of The Kid
Robert Evans’ The Kid Stays in the Picture is universally recognized as the greatest, most outrageous, and most unforgettable show business memoir ever written. The basis of an award-winning documentary film, it remains the gold standard of Hollywood storytelling.
With black-and-white photographs from the author’s archive and a new introduction by the legendary actor, producer, and Hollywood studio chief Robert Evans, The Kid Stays in the Picture is driven by a voice as charming and irresistible as any great novel.
An extraordinary raconteur, Evans spares no one, least of all himself. Filled with starring roles for everyone from Ava Gardner to Marlon Brando to Sharon Stone, The Kid Stays in the Picture is sharp, witty, and self-aggrandizing, and self-lacerating in equal measure.
This is a must-read for fans of American cinema and classics of the canon, including The Odd Couple, Rosemary’s Baby, Love Story, The Godfather, and Chinatown.
