Another LEGAL immigrant speaks out: An open letter to the “Gang of Eight” on immigration Reform

I write this letter with a great deal of trepidation, as with every passing day these United States of America seem to be spiraling downward and backward into an autocratic monarchical throwback to the mad days of George the III or towards a dictatorship of Orwellian proportions, where legitimate debate and genuine criticism are tortured and exterminated in the coliseums of the mainstream media. On that basis I fear that I may suffer repercussions due to this letter and somehow be prevented from staying here in the USA and becoming a Citizen.

Immigration Gone Wild: Obama’s ICE releases Illegal aliens from jail while awarding $220.5 million contract to answer USCIS phones

While Obama’s Immigration Custom Enforcement (ICE) was releasing thousands of illegal aliens from jail supposedly because of the sequester budget cuts, Obama’s U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) was awarding a $220.5 million contract to answer phones.

Amnesty? Immigration Q & A: Should we tell people it’s cheaper, and faster to bribe your way in?

Does it concern you that criminal enterprises are spawned by America’s broken, backlogged immigration agency, the USCIS, like the phony marriage rackets, fake school sponsors for student visas, and corrupt visa “consultants” who sometimes serve as the middle man to take bribes and give them to federal officials in exchange for status?

Memo to Jeb Bush: Tell the truth. There is a line. Don’t make immigration worse.

When it is cheaper, faster and easier to bribe your way through America’s broken immigration system, then to follow the laws, you know America is in serious trouble and Washington’s elected leaders should hold their heads down in shame. That is the ugly reality of the immigration crisis that needs to be fixed that no one wants to talk about including Jeb Bush.

Bob Woodward Retreats: Death of the Free Media

I have to ask with all due respect where has Woodward been all these years when scores of journalists and citizens have been threatened, marginalized or smeared by their government for daring to speak truth to power?

According to a draft of a White House immigration proposal obtained by USA TODAY, leaked over the weekend, the Obama administration “would allow illegal immigrants to become legal permanent residents within eight years.” Within eight years? That is not the back of the line.

We still do not know what Ambassador Christopher Stevens was doing in Benghazi or what his meeting with Turkish Consul General Ali Sait Akin was about. We still do not know what time his body was recovered or how he died. We still do not know who issued the stand down orders declining to help Americans under attack.

Unexpected Following Orders: The Death of Vince Foster review and warning from Russia

In my USSR the main instrument for the accursed negative selection was the common fear of many ugly things, like labor camps, psycho-prisons, exile or dire poverty. But Ms Peschmann shows that VIP cards can be as effective tools of negative selection too – and she shows it with a great skill and a great disdain! Her vivid picture of numerous assistants of chief assistants of chief consultants, always ready to be active silent accomplices in the boss’ crimes, made me shudder: I felt myself rather inside Kremlin, not inside the White House!

The Fix is in Part V: Hillary’s Benghazi Cover-up 101 for Dummies

Cover-up Step 3: Now that the old villain has been removed, introduce new villains (repeat several times so the public will remember only this soundbite). In the Benghazi case it is now Congress, and the lack of funding who is to blame.
