“In addition, the House Armed Services Committee conducted a review of air assets available to respond to Benghazi. No U.S. government element refused or denied requests for emergency assistance during the crisis. The evidence also does not show there were armed air assets above Benghazi at any time or that any such assets were called off from assisting U.S. personnel on the ground. According to witness testimony, the security officials on the ground did use laser sights, but they did so as an escalatory demonstration of force in an effort to deter some attackers. They were not lasing targets for air assets..”

The Gang of Eight’s 844-page immigration reform legislation makes it easier for asylum seekers to come to America. Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, 19, the Boston Marathon bomber suspect, who was apprehended last Friday, after he was found wounded in a boat in Watertown, Boston, after the Boston Marathon bombings that killed three people and injured nearly 200 others, came to America legally by claiming asylum with his father.

Gang of Eight’s Immigration Reform: Gang Members and Drunk Drivers are Welcome if …

On page 606 of the Gang of Eight’s 844-page legislation called, “Border Security, Economic Opportunity, and Immigration Modernization Act,” under “Subtitle G—Interior Enforcement, Sec. 3701: Criminal street gangs,” we learn that gang members (with no prior convictions) can apply for a waiver by simply “renouncing” their associations with street gangs.

Sen. Rubio, taking a page from Sen. John McCain (R-Ariz.), also claims currently there is a defacto-amnesty which is why America needs a pathway to citizenship. I write this letter with a great deal of trepidation, as with every passing day these United States of America seem to be spiraling downward and backward into an autocratic monarchical throwback to the mad days of George the III or towards a dictatorship of Orwellian proportions, where legitimate debate and genuine criticism are tortured and exterminated in the coliseums of the mainstream media. On that basis I fear that I may suffer repercussions due to this letter and somehow be prevented from staying here in the USA and becoming a Citizen.
