Hours after the Sept. 11, 2012 Benghazi attacks, members of the U.S. Armed Forces were asking the million-dollar question: Why wasn’t Ambassador Christopher Stevens properly protected? According to information obtained in a Freedom of Information Act Request, they were in the dark. Just like the American people.

A few days ago I received this notice from Google that someone had tried to access my account marinkapm@gmail.com –except that’s not my account. Thankfully, Google blocked this sign-in attempt “in case it was a hijacker trying to access my account.”

Benghazi FOIA exclusive: Navy Denies Expedited FOIA Processing … not urgent … whose lives are at stake?

Per Secretary of the Navy instruction (SECNAVINST) 5720.42F, expedited processing is granted only when a requester can demonstrate a compelling need for the requested information. A compelling need exists under any of these circumstances: (1) when failure to obtain the records could reasonably be expected to pose an imminent threat to the life or physical safety of an individual; (2) when the information requested concerns a breaking news story of general public interest; or (3) when failure to provide the information will result in loss of substantial due process rights.

As the War drums beat louder; Syrian President al-Assad in his own words

It is now crystal clear to everybody that what is happening in Syria is not a popular revolution pushing for political reform, but targeted terrorism aimed at destroying the Syrian state. What will they say to their people when pushing for military intervention: we are intervening in Syria to support terrorism against the state?

“The response time to any emergency is predicated by many factors such as time of day, advance notice or no-notice, current activities, and the locations of off-duty members of the detachments. The MSGs conduct a minimum of two no-notice drills per month, but most detachments conduct more drills than the minimum standard. The MSGs train to respond to protests, mass casualty/bombings, intruders, and fire and bomb threats/searches …”

Benghazi, Muslim Brotherhood Connection & Libyan Intelligence Report

Blaming the film, the YouTube video, that corroborates the Obama-Clinton regime’s false Benghazi narrative is your first tip that this Libyan Intelligence document was apparently written as damage control and disinformation for the Obama administration or the Libyan officials were duped. Calling the “consulate” that wasn’t a consulate but a CIA outpost is another clue.

Not only is Obama’s National Security Agency (NSA) under fire for targeting U.S. citizens inside the United States and their worldwide espionage practices, they are stonewalling journalists’ ability to expose abuses within the spy agency itself by denying Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests by hiding behind Executive Order 13526. Even more disturbing, the NSA dismisses its U.S. victims who seek redress from NSA misconduct, and the journalists who try to expose it, as potential national security threats to the United States. Who is watching the watchers?

RICO Tool Kit: How to hold Washington accountable using the Racketeer Influence & Corrupt Organizations Act

One of the objectives of Civil RICO, for example, is to turn victims into prosecutors, “private attorneys general,” dedicated to eliminating racketeering activity. That’s you! Remember racketeering— is the act of engaging in criminal activity as a structured group. The structured group is now government agencies.

RICO: How to Hold Washington Accountable–Peacefully

The bottom line is this. You can’t get justice within the political system in America anymore because the politicians own it. What stopped the mob? The Racketeer Influence and Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO). What will stop the Obama administration? RICO.

Just like the Posse Comitatus laws prohibit the use domestically of the military and militarized weapons inside the United States or against U.S. citizens, reserving those authorities and tools to policing agencies, the NSA’s tools are restricted domestically from use against U.S. citizens and businesses.

War Drums Syria and Iraq: When the Ethnic Cleansing & Religious Persecution Begins

“Yes, ‘Threat Letters’ have been confirmed to exist for a while now. The [United Nations] local staff, for example, were issued with such letters and instructed even to stop collaborating with any U.S. affiliated ventures or programs. These staff stopped working now till the situation is fully assessed. I also understand that the Basra Palace is being shelled almost daily now. Beyond this, it is confirmed that some families wake up in the morning and find threat letters by their door steps and they comply by selling off their property and leaving their places instantly.”

Whistleblower Exclusive: Benghazi cover-up is proxy battle with war with Iran … Updated Confirmed

The immediate concern for the Obama administration after the attack in Benghazi was to cover up the connection with Iran and Syria to Ansar al Sharia and Al-Qaeda in the Islamic Maghreb (AQIM) according to my Benghazi whistleblower source. The attack in Benghazi that killed four Americans, including Ambassador Christopher Stevens, was not a terrorist attack; it was a nation-state attack, an escalation of war, and an opening of a new front in the tit for tat conflict with Iran and by extension their proxy partner Russia that is now being fought in Syria.

Benghazi Exclusive: State Department Denies Libya Weapon Buy back Program Exists

Meanwhile, back in Obama’s America, don’t call Libya’s weapon recovery program “buyback” that then Secretary of State Hillary Clinton funded using $40 million of your tax dollars after the Obama–Clinton regime toppled Col. Muammar Gaddafi because if you do, the State Department will deny it exists. You can however refer to it as the MANPAD program—Man-Portable-Air-Defense Systems or shoulder-fired-anti-aircraft missiles that the U.S. is “helping” Libya to recover and secure among its weapon stockpiles.
