On page 606 of the Gang of Eight’s 844-page legislation called, “Border Security, Economic Opportunity, and Immigration Modernization Act,” under “Subtitle G—Interior Enforcement, Sec. 3701: Criminal street gangs,” we learn that gang members (with no prior convictions) can apply for a waiver by simply “renouncing” their associations with street gangs.

Sen. Rubio, taking a page from Sen. John McCain (R-Ariz.), also claims currently there is a defacto-amnesty which is why America needs a pathway to citizenship. The truth is there is a defacto-amnesty—thanks to President Obama’s policies which is why Immigration and Custom Enforcement (ICE) agents have filed a lawsuit against Department of Homeland Security chief Janet Napolitano and ICE Director John Morton, who are preventing them from upholding the law and doing their jobs—because of President Obama’s defacto-amnesty policies. Why isn’t Sen. Rubio helping the good ICE agents instead of making their lives worse?

I write this letter with a great deal of trepidation, as with every passing day these United States of America seem to be spiraling downward and backward into an autocratic monarchical throwback to the mad days of George the III or towards a dictatorship of Orwellian proportions, where legitimate debate and genuine criticism are tortured and exterminated in the coliseums of the mainstream media. On that basis I fear that I may suffer repercussions due to this letter and somehow be prevented from staying here in the USA and becoming a Citizen.
Another day, another one of my Benghazi Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests has been denied — this time from the Federal Bureau of Investigations (FBI). As previously reported, the CIA also denied my Benghazi FOIA request.
